沈宜钊，男，1988年生，农学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。
2010年毕业于山东农业大学动物科学专业，获农学学士学位；2013年毕业于山东农业大学动物营养与饲料科学专业，获农学硕士学位；2018年毕业于扬州大学动物营养与饲料科学专业，获农学博士学位，博士期间于2016年至2018年获国家留学基金委“创新型人才国际合作项目”资助，前往加拿大莱斯布里奇研发中心进行为期24个月的联合培养，并与2018年以“青年才俊”引进至新宝6任教。以第一作者发表SCI论文5篇。
