The Mastery Challenge 

I joined in on The Food in Jars Mastery Challenge this year. I’m am incredibly excited to have a monthly inspiration from such a wonderful source. Being able to really stretch my skills and learn new techniques this year is something that I am truly looking forward to. January Challenge is complete.  I have gotten over my fear of marmalade and I made 2 different types.
